panelX registration is intentionally guided at this stage. We collect the right context first, then route customers into billing, migration planning, or support without exposing internal licensing controls.
Describe any existing panel, database, or legacy environment so onboarding can start from reality instead of assumptions.
Requests can be reviewed before access is issued, keeping billing, provisioning, and support aligned from the first step.
How requests are handled
Registration is structured around real operators.
A registration request is meant to gather the essentials for commercial approval and technical orientation. That includes plan choice, expected billing cadence, migration needs, reseller growth expectations, and any delivery constraints that should be considered before account activation.
- Pre-sales and onboarding are coordinated through `info@panelx.software`.
- Approved customers can then be directed into `billing.panelx.software`.
- Technical support is coordinated from the customer ticket workspace and handled by the internal panelX helpdesk team.
- Abuse or compliance notices stay separate at `antiabuse@panelx.software`.
This page now creates the commercial account and the payable invoice in the billing environment.
Licensing authorization remains the next guided step after payment confirmation.
