Commercial subscriptions

Choose the panelX plan that matches your growth stage.

panelX plans are designed around real delivery operations, reseller enablement, and controlled infrastructure growth. They combine the core Node.js + NGINX platform with an active maintenance model built on updates, bug resolution, guided migration, and dedicated assistance.

Subscriptions

Four structured plans.

Plans are intentionally simple on day one and remain compatible with custom commercial handling later. The current structure keeps the offer readable while still leaving room for guided expansion.

Add-ons

Extra capacity stays transparent.

When a project grows beyond the included plan scope, add-ons can be layered onto the commercial agreement without changing the whole subscription structure.

Proxy plugin add-on $22 per month as a named add-on to an active panelX license when Proxy is not already included in the base plan.
Reseller Proxy add-on $22 per month as a named add-on to an active panelX license when the reseller proxy layer is required outside the bundled plans.
AutoBlock add-on $22 per month as a named add-on to an active panelX license when additional automated protection tooling is needed.
Extra load balancer $18 per month for each additional load balancer capacity unit beyond the included plan quota.
Billing cadence

Flexible invoicing cycles.

  • Monthly billing for simple entry and early-stage operations.
  • Quarterly billing for more structured commercial planning.
  • Semiannual billing for teams that want more predictable service continuity.
  • Annual billing with a 20% commercial discount.
What is included

More than just a license key.

  • Continuous update cadence with active bug resolution.
  • Dedicated support mindset around rollout and refinement.
  • Migration readiness from legacy structures and inherited databases.
  • Architecture prepared to move from VPS to more enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Commercial structure

Billing stays readable before automation.

The commercial layer is intentionally clear: private onboarding, structured invoicing, and a billing portal that can support the relationship before self-service provisioning is introduced.

Monthly For lightweight entry, pilot rollouts, and businesses that want short commitment while shaping the first deployment.
Quarterly For operators that need a more stable invoicing rhythm without moving yet to longer commitments.
Semiannual For teams that want continuity and easier budget planning while keeping room for commercial review twice a year.
Yearly For mature projects that want the strongest continuity model with a 20% annual commercial discount.
Commercial clarity

How the offer is meant to work.

The platform is being prepared for a serious commercial lifecycle: subscriptions, billing, support, migration work, and future provisioning automation without turning the sales layer into a fragile shortcut.

Readable plans The initial commercial model stays simple enough to explain clearly to operators and resellers.
Upgrade path Infrastructure and entitlements can evolve without forcing a full rebuild of the customer environment.
Support-led rollout The early conversations can focus on migration, VOD strategy, reseller structure, and deployment sizing.
No self-service shortcuts yet Account creation and automated provisioning are intentionally kept for a later secure integration phase.
Support model

Dedicated technical assistance stays part of the offer.

panelX is positioned as a maintained operating product. That means the commercial layer is backed by real software work: updates, bug fixing, guided migrations, and operational adjustments as the platform evolves.

Next step

Talk through your current environment first.

The best entry point is still a private conversation about your current panel, reseller topology, VOD model, migration expectations, and the right subscription tier for where the business is right now.

A private billing portal is already being prepared for structured invoicing, while account creation and automatic provisioning are intentionally deferred to a later secure phase.
